Stores -Data Entry operator

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Data Entry Operator (Stores Department) for a medical and healthcare manufacturing company specializing in surgical instruments, intramedullary nails, dynamic external fixation, and surgical implants. Candidates with 0 to 10 years of experience are welcome. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are required. Minimum qualification: HSC or a Bachelor's degree in any field. The salary budget is up to ₹3 LPA.

Travelling Details:
The company provides a free transport facility from Naigaon Station to the Poman location, covering a distance of 15.1 km in approximately 39 minutes by company bus.

1.Material Receiving & Issuing – Check and receive materials from suppliers and issue items to production as per requirements.

2.Stock Maintenance – Keep records of all incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper stock levels.

3.Material Arrangement – Arrange materials systematically in racks or shelves for easy access and safety.

4.Manual Record Keeping – Maintain registers or logbooks for material movement if software is not used.

5.Coordination – Communicate with production and purchase departments regarding stock status and shortages.

6.Basic Counting & Labeling – Ensure items are properly labeled and counted during inward/outward movement.

7.Cleanliness & Safety – Keep the store area clean and follow safety guidelines during storage and handling.

8.Basic Computer Knowledge (Optional) – Preferred if the candidate can operate Excel or basic inventory software.
